Shareholders holding shares on the record date (Thursday, September 17, 2026) are entitled to attend and vote. Registration is mandatory via shareholder.grn.earth.
Shareholders who cannot attend in person may grant a proxy to the chairman of the meeting or another person. A proxy form is available on the shareholder portal. The completed form must be received no later than October 9, 2026 at 05:00 PM.
